I loved having the option to eat at the fantastic restaurant, swimming in the clean pool, and the free parking was such a treat.
I mean, who needs a lively area with lots of things to do and places to eat? Definitely not me.

Liked our rooms with complimentary drinks and snacks. Delicious breakfast was available. The location was absolutely perfect and favourable, for example, Naowarat Bridge was at a short distance from the hotel...

New, clean room with helpful staff who speak Mandarin and English. Enjoyed riding their new bicycles to nearby restaurants. Great breakfast with a wide range of food. Staff prepared us breakfast sets for our early morning tour. Will definitely visit again if in Chiang Mai.

I recently had the pleasure of spending my Thanksgiving holiday at a boutique hotel in Northern Thailand and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful northern architecture, which made the hotel feel super cozy and inviting. The immaculate rooms were equipped with all the amenities that I could possibly need during my stay, and it was a big plus that they offered complimentary breakfast each morning that was surprisingly delicious. The location was great too as it was just a quick and easy ride to the busy night market area. the hotel had everything that I could have wished for and more, making it a truly perfect escape.
To be honest, I really had no complaints during my stay at this hotel. If I had to come up with any negatives, it would simply be that I didn't want to leave!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautiful decor in the rooms to the complimentary drinks and snacks provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist with anything. I particularly enjoyed the warm touch of Chiangmai hospitality, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the city area and plenty of local amenities nearby. The breakfast included had a variety of classic Thai options, which I found to be delicious.
All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including complimentary drinks and snacks, add a nice touch to the stay. Moreover, the breakfast included in the package is a definite bonus, with a variety of options to choose from.
While the hotel is slightly away from the main tourist area, it is still conveniently located. The use of the "grab" app for transport, either in a taxi or tuk-tuk, makes it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the night market.

We absolutely loved our stay in this fantastic accommodation. The location was perfect for us, as it was walking distance to the old city wall and to many nearby restaurants. We enjoyed trying different places to eat in the evening and the convenience of being in a more central area. The staff were exceptional and always ready to help. Our room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was exquisite and included a selection of dishes to choose from. We enjoyed the free bikes and easily rode to the nearby Night Market and close enough to the action.
The only negative aspect we found was the lack of a gym room, but there were plenty of active options nearby like biking or walking.

My recent stay at Villa Sanpakoi was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my entire stay. One particular incident that stands out is when I needed a power converter. The front desk staff immediately took it upon themselves to find all the details, purchase it, and have it delivered to my room within a day. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and helpfulness. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with tasteful decor and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the shower room felt like a luxury 5-star hotel. The pool area was a relaxing oasis, and I appreciated the complimentary bicycles provided for exploring the area. Despite being a bit far from the popular areas of Chiang Mai, the tranquil location allowed for a peaceful and restful stay. I highly recommend Villa Sanpakoi for anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
While the breakfast at Villa Sanpakoi was good, I would have appreciated a bit more variety and options to choose from. Additionally, the bed was a little hard for my liking.

Nice staff and clean rooms, breakfast was filling. Good location near restaurants and shops.
Pool was too cold for us and there wasn't much to eat in the area for dinner. We had to take a taxi to get to main sites and activities.

Poolside bar service could be more convenient.
